Our Client is a successful and growing organization that provides primary healthcare services. They ensure that their patients receive the best possible care and they are looking to recruit enthusiastic individuals for the following:
TELEPHONE ADVICE NURSES / PARAMEDICS
First level registered nurses or paramedics are required. The post holder will be responsible for the assessment of health and clinical needs of the patient, using professional clinical judgement, supported by decision support software. This requires generalist clinical knowledge and a capacity to develop specialist skills as a telephone advice clinician to assess and deliver care to patients across all age groups. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills are essential and you will also need to demonstrate the ability to work autonomously whilst meeting the varying targets, deadlines and quality standards. Full training will be provided on the pathways system and telephone assessment. The hours of work are a minimum of 12 hours per week, where you will work a mixture of weekdays, weekends, overnights and bank holidays in accordance to the rota.
