South East Health Ltd is a successful and growing organisation that provides primary health care services to patients in Kent, Brighton & Hove and East Sussex, Northamptonshire, Essex and Great Yarmouth & Waveney.
We are currently seeking to employ first level registered nurses or paramedics as Telephone Advice Nurses/Paramedics. The post holder will be responsible for the assessment of health and clinical needs of the patient, using professional clinical judgement, supported by decision support software. This requires generalist skills and a capacity to develop specialist skills as a telephone advice clinician to assess and deliver care to patients across all age groups. Full training will be provided on the pathways system and telephone assessment.
The hours of work are a minimum of 12 hours per week, where you will work a mixture of weekdays, weekends, overnights and bank holidays in accordance to the rota.
