Job description
Health Education North West London HENWL is working on behalf of all London LETBs and with the London Ambulance Service LAS to respond to the current workforce challenges being faced by the LAS.
An exciting opportunity has arisen for an enthusiastic project officer to support project work aimed to address the growing shortage of Paramedics by implementing initiatives to increase entry to the profession
and support the development of existing staff. Core work will include supporting the identification, establishment and facilitation of novel paramedic placement opportunities, stakeholder engagement to plan and manage new activity and researching opportunities for staff retention.
This post requires you to be highly organised with good IT, written communication and interpersonal skills. With a genuine desire to work creatively to plan for growth in the Paramedic workforce, you will work collaboratively with a range of key stakeholders across the health and education sectors.
In return we will offer you the opportunity to work on an exciting and dynamic project in with a range of clinical experts and experienced senior managers.
We are looking for individuals with the above experience and skills on an 12 month secondment or fixed term contract.
