Position overview
We are looking for fulltime HCPC Registered Paramedics to work as Clinical Team Leaders (CTL) to further support the development of the First Response staff. The CTL role will be required to maintain clinical skills within an operational capacity, whilst also having the benefit of protected mentoring/ administration days to continue with their leadership development. Applicants must have at least 5 years registration with the HCPC as a paramedic and have a proven track record of mentoring staff as the role is pivotal to ensuring that the company provides an applicable environment to support the clinical development of staff for greater patient outcomes.
