Position overview
Under the direction of the Senior Station Manager, Site Manager or Controller the postholder will be responsible for the delivery of high quality treatment and care for patients in the urgent and
non-emergency environments in between healthcare facilities.
The position requires the paramedic to be registered with the Health & Care Professions Council (HCPC). The postholder is required to meet and work to the guidance of the HCPC Paramedics standard of proficiency, and Medical Services Ltd policies and procedures.
Main duties and Responsibilities
To provide a professional and caring service for all patients whilst in the care of Medical Services Ltd.
Use of the appropriate knowledge and skills in order to make professional judgements, whilst autonomously conducting the appropriate diagnostic procedures and treatments inline with the appropriate level of training and competency.
Flexibility: The postholder may be required to work at any of the company’s sites within their allocated region in line with service needs. The post holder will be placed on flexible working hours - working on a 24 roster.
