Job Reference: 195-15-863-ANH A permanent vacancy has arisen for
the role of Emergency Services Manager covering the area of
Oxfordshire. In this role you will support the Area Manager in giving
overall leadership and management direction to the team within a
geographical area. This is a fully ‘hands on’ operational management
role that is predominantly internally focused. Full details of the role
can be found in the attached job description.
You will be able to work full time during core business hours, and the successful applicant will be part of the silver on call rota (subject to training). You will be a Registered HCPC Paramedic or NMC Registered Ambulance Nurse by clinical background. You will be a team player and have the ability to accept responsibility and make decisions. You will possess good interpersonal skills, good communications skills, both written and oral, and competency in basic computing and IT. You will be able to apply logical thinking, practical problem-solving, objective assessment skills and report writing. You must also be able to motivate and support others and have previous performance management experience and be adept at building relationships and working effectively with stakeholders.
