Clinical Manager

• Salary: £38,000 p.a
• 37.5 Hours Per Week - Sussex & Surrey
• Based at Locality Office, Woodingdean

Integrated Care 24 Ltd is a major not for profit Social Enterprise company providing primary care to over 4 million patients through a range of services which include GP Out of Hours Primary Medical Services, NHS 111, Primary and Secondary Care Support Services and Offender Health Services.

The role will require the post holder to have the skill to inspire the clinical team, to support them in embracing the changes required by the diversities needed to fulfil the company’s contracts. The Clinical Manager will provide direct line management to the Urgent Care Practitioners and Autonomous Nurse Practitioners and requires skill to identify strengths and weaknesses within the clinical team and to ensure they are continually evidenced based and up-to-date. The post holder will be a Nurse Practitioner with an independent prescribing qualification or a Paramedic Practitioner, experience of leading a team would also be an advantage.
