Ealing Hospital NHS Trust Integrated Care Organisation was established on 1st April 2011 when Ealing, Brent & Harrow Community Services joined with Ealing Hospital. The aim of the new organisation is to provide first class healthcare by integrating types of care formerly offered across separate acute/ community organisations.
We serve an exciting group of multicultural communities totaling 825,000 people within the boundaries of Ealing, Brent & Harrow.
Ealing is undergoing exciting developments within their intermediate care services. A newly redesigned team is now operational and we are looking for additional staff to join us.
You will be undertaking clinical assessments in patient’s homes and within Emergency Departments with an aim to prevent hospital admissions and care for patients within their own homes. You will need advanced clinical assessment skills and for the band 7 posts to be an independent nurse prescriber.
We offer an orientation and in house training package on commencement of employment and access to ongoing clinical skills courses to help develop your clinical practice.
You will be required to work long days over a 7 day period and a car driver with access to use of a car is essential.
