.Using
NHS Pathways software the Paramedic Clinical
Supervisor 's role is to undertake clinical
assessment of patients. Paramedic Clinical
supervisors will also take a key role in ensuring
that patients receive the highest standards of
advice from our Call handlers who direct them
to the most appropriate care pathway. There
also will be a requirement to contribute
positively to training and quality assurance
needs of the service in a varied and interesting
role.If you have excellent clinical knowledge we
would like to hear from you. Experience of
clinical management, training and/or quality
assurance will also be advantageous . You will be
required to undertake Intensive training and will
need to pass all elements of the initial training
element as well and undertake CRB clearance. As
this role is working 24 /7 we are particularly
seeking candidates that are flexible over the
times that they work .Due to the amount and
accuracy of information which is recorded
during the calls you will need competent
keyboard skills with a high level of accuracy .This
is a challenging but also very rewarding job and
presents a good opportunity to work within a
small but dedicated local team in the piloting of
a new service which will significantly improve
access to healthcare .Please note that this role is
subject to our receiving satisfactory references
from your previous employers. You will also be
required to complete a Health questionnaire ,
police check and CRB check.Pay scale circa
29- 34K PA (pro rata ) plus local shift allowance ,
