Responsibilities
- Control of site car parking.
- Sub-contractor and supplier signing in/ out
- Call Outs, and out of hours support
- Foot patrols
- Unlocks and lock ups
- Provide holiday and sickness cover
- Key holding
- Fire, emergency and evacuation tests, inc Liaison with emergency services
- SIA training compliance
- Manned Guarding
- Gritting
- Hazardous Spillage response.
- New starts inductions and training.
- Intruder alarms
- CCTV
- Ensuring waste management disposal process is adhered to by site personnel
- Take mail collections from Royal Mail
