Telephone Advice Nurses/Paramedics in the South-East!We are looking to recruit more Nurse Advisors with experience of NHS Pathways/111 Nursessystems due to an increase in demand from our client’s based within the Ipswich area.
An ideal candidate will have a Nursing/Paramedic background.
Key Responsibilities
The post holder will be responsible for the assessment of health and clinical needs of the patient, using professional clinical judgement, supported by decision support software (NHS Pathways) through telephone consultation.
To provide accurate advice and health information to patients in order to enable them to act upon the advice given.
In addition to providing patient advice to a range of individuals in a range of emotional states, the post holder will also be required to liaise with other agencies and healthcare providers as necessary.
Salary: £29,000-£38,000, dependent upon experience.
Full time hour’s available, flexible shift patterns to cover 24/7. Initial hours would be: Out of Hours/ Weekends. Full 24/7 hours from March onwards.
