Clinical Nurse / Paramedic Advisor

Randstad Care are looking for qualified clinicians who will be champions for change in our Emergency Dispatch Centres to improve patient access to services and ensure patients receive the most appropriate service based on their need.
This role is required to complement the existing skill mix in the Out of Hours Contact Centre particular at times of high demand.
The role requires the clinician to work directly alongside non clinical ‘Emergency Service Operators’, and to act as mentor and preceptor to new and existing staff.
We need Registered Qualified Nurses and Paramedics to lead this journey ensuring a high standard of care for patients by working as Clinical Advisors within our Emergency Dispatch Centres at all times
Evidence of good communications skills, team working and keyboard ability with a basic understanding of using a PC is essential to this role.
